TERMS and CONDITIONS:

• Due to increasing number of JOY BIDDERS, to those who have 0-5 feed backs and numerous negative (-) feed backs. Please email me your full name, email address, mailing address and contact no. before bidding. Seller has the right to CANCEL BIDS if you did not comply with the condition given.

• Please ask all concerns prior to bidding.

• Bidding is a LEGAL CONTRACT thus, all sales are FINAL.

• Payment must be made within 2 DAYS. If payment is not made in 2 days, seller will file an UNPAID DISPUTE on eBay. The item will be relisted.

• If you will be unable to meet the deadline of payment for any reasons, please inform seller to be able to give considerations on SERIOUS Buyers.

• Unsettled payment with our previous auction should be settled first before bidding again on our other items.

• Invoice will be sent to the buyer within 24 HOURS after the auction has ended.

• Seller gives invoice through your REGISTERED E-MAIL on eBay and NOT through text message.

For Local Bidders:

• Accepted payment methods are through PayPal .

• In some cases we offer local pickup please ask.

For International Bidders:

• Accepted payment method is only through PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

General Instructions:

• I ONLY ship the item to your VERIFIED address in eBay/PayPal and not to any other address.

• We ship the item within 48 Hours after payment is cleared. Some of the higher end item might take longer if they need to be picked up from a safe.

• NO shipping on Sunday and LOCAL HOLIDAYS.

• Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. Please inform seller if insurance is needed.

• I also do COMBINED SHIPPING (up to 2 items only) to save you shipping cost. So, do check on my other items to save money on shipping. Please contact me about it before paying, ask for total.

• Seller will not be liable for any damage or loss of package during transit.

For International Bidders:

• I ship the item through ebay INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE.

• Please contact me prior to bidding or purchase.

UNDER SPECIALCIRCUMSTANCES AND WE AGREE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF THE ITEM PURCHASED, THERE WILL BE A RESTOCKINGFEE. Please check list for the amount.

ANY RETURNS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF BEINGUSED, SIZED OR WORN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUNDIF YOUR WATCH SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF BEING WORN: SCRATCHES, LINKS REMOVED, NICKS,CHIPS, OR ANY OTHER SIGNS OF USE ON THE CASE OR BAND. ALL PACKAGING AND MANUALSINCLUDED WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE SAME CONDITION ASORIGINALLY SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLFREIGHT CHARGES FOR ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO US. WE RECOMMEND A CARRIER WITH ATRACKING NUMBER TO VERIFY PACKAGE DELIVERY. INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FORTHE RETURN PACKAGE.

ALL RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED WILL BE MAILEDBACK TO THE CUSTOMER, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, VIA FULLY INSURED OVERNIGHTSHIPPING.
